Our Policies

Delivery Area

We deliver and set up for free in most of New Castle County. We currently do not deliver to Clayton, Dover, Smyrna, or other locations in Kent County. If you live in Maryland and Pennsylvania, please give us a call at 302-328-5336 to check if you are in our delivery area. Some out of state locations that we deliver to are subject to a $20 delivery fee. We will continue to expand our delivery area in the future.  

Rental Agreement/Safety Rules/Operating Instructions:

Upon delivery of your inflatable(s), you are required to sign a rental agreement. The driver will explain all of the “Safety Rules” to you and also give you a copy of the document(s). Please read over these documents and feel free to contact us via phone if you have any questions. You are responsible for the inflatable(s) when they are in your possession. Adult supervision is REQUIRED at all times! NEVER leave the inflatable(s) unattended! 

Rain/Weather

There is no penalty or deposit lost if we have to cancel an event due to rain or high winds. If rain is in the forecast for the day of your scheduled event, we will call you the morning of your event and let you know the status of your rental. You may cancel your event at this time. If you decide to go ahead with your rental, once we deliver the unit(s), there is no refund or prorated charge if it starts to rain in the middle of your party.  

Deposit

We don’t require a deposit except for water slides or large events. For the water slides, a $50-$100 non-refundable deposit via Visa or MasterCard is required at the time the reservation is made. This deposit is refundable if we have to cancel your event due to bad weather. You can reschedule your rental as long as the unit is available. For large events, we will let you know the deposit due when you make the reservation. 

Methods of Payment

CASH ONLY upon delivery. We do accept Visa and Master Card. If you choose this method of payment, payment is due the day before your scheduled event. A company check is also acceptable for businesses, religious organizations and schools. We no longer accept personal checks!

Delivery vs. Customer Pick up

Safety is always Bakers Party Rentals top priority. We do not allow customers to set up any of our inflatables. We will deliver and set up all inflatables to insure that they are set up and anchored properly.
